LEAP® has been transforming mid-level, mid-career managers into confident, competent leaders since 2002. Our first graduates (from 2003) still report that they continue to have a positive impact on productivity, motivation, and business results.

We are proud to have graduated more than 500 leaders from our program since 2003.
Our unique "Leadership Impact Measurement" shows growth throughout the LEAP year in 'confidence and competence' which ultimately translates to organizational performance. Our measures show consistently high growth (in excess of 25%) in the following areas:
- Confidence that I could easily lead any group even if I have no expertise in that technical aren
- Greater skill in managing my emotional impulses (emotional intelligence)
- People would describe me as a courageous leader
- I can effectively lead my team through change
- I am comfortable using different leadership styles in different situations
