LEAP® Leadership Acceleration Program
The original LEAP® program is a very unique leadership development program that since its inception in 2002 has generated amazing and transformational results for individuals and their companies. LEAP graduates show a measurable increase in confidence and competence between 15%-70%. LEAP is the first program of its kind to bring Fortune 100 leadership development (for mid-level, mid-career managers) to smaller and mid-sized organizations. Our LEAP® University program provides the same 'accelerated' learning principles and practices as an in-house program for organizations with larger groups.

Lynda Silsbee, Founder of the Alliance for Leadership Acceleration and Creator of LEAP
Lynda created LEAP in 2002 after 17 years developing internal leadership programs for corporations like Nordstrom, Genie Industries, and Vulcan. Via her consulting practice, Performance Dimensions Group, she wanted to offer Fortune 100 quality leadership development to small and mid-size businesses, however, through all of her research, she could not find an existing program that included everything she wanted. Over the years of delivering LEAP she added a number of leadership learning modules, new assessments, and developed new tools; she learned a lot and graduated hundreds of leaders who showed a measurable increase in confidence and competence. In 2008, when she brought on her first LEAP Certified Coach to facilitate additional cohorts, it really made her realize that this great program was in demand. With more than six years of running multiple cohort groups, delivered by a number of Certified Coaches, it's time to expand this program into other markets outside of Seattle so we can reach and support even more of our amazing small and mid-size organizations.
